1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CleanIntell (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CleanIntell provides a technology platform that connects facility managers ("Clients") with independent cleaning professionals ("Contractors"). CleanIntell does not directly employ cleaners, nor does it provide cleaning services directly.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from CleanIntell regarding authentication (OTPs), account updates, and job dispatching. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Help

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Clients agree to maintain a valid payment method on file to facilitate recurring service payments.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. CleanIntell makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CleanIntell be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
